The Don CeSar invites applications for a Pool Attendant to maintain a safe, clean pool environment and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor at the iconic Saint Pete Beach resort.

Responsibilities include towel handling, guest assistance, and supporting a fast-paced pool area, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and service excellence in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety regulations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Overview

Join our team as a Pool Attendant and help create memorable experiences for our guests! As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean environment around the pool area, transport soiled towels to the laundry area, sort and fold clean towels while providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
