Job summary

Lyric at RidgeGate is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead F&B teams across outlets, reporting to the F&B/Restaurant Manager. This full-time role requires 30+ hours weekly, a strong customer focus, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of leadership experience, and valid Food Handlers and TIPS certifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant software is expected, with a flexible

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years' leadership experience in related field, with two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet the state’s minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards.
• Computer literate with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Ensure a consistent standard of food service and quality for guests and staff.
• Maintain effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and concerns.
• Assist the F&B Manager with interviewing, hiring, training and development of F&B Team members.
• Recognize and celebrate team member success and maintain team morale.
• Provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable working environment meeting guest and employee satisfaction standards.
• Support goals for sales, revenue, and business development.
• Adhere to labor standards with relation to labor dollars and covers.
• Assist during all F&B functions (corporate events, weddings).
• Other duties may be assigned.
