Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, TX, seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee administrative duties and ensure a pleasant dining and beverage experience for guests while maintaining a positive demeanor and team spirit.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming laws, manage schedules, training, and financial reporting, and partner with Finance/IT to capture revenues accurately.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC Certification.
• Experience in cash handling and in restaurant/beverage operations.
• 3+ years in restaurant and beverage operations; gaming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming laws and Kickapoo policies.
• Provide high standards of guest services by listening and addressing concerns.
• Supervise daily activities, reviews, scheduling, training and workload.
• Complete daily financial tools and reports; assist with financial reporting.
• Assist with revenue capture, inventory programs and labor control.
• Maintain proper bar operation, cleanliness, and stock levels; shift coverage when needed.
• Ensure staff knowledge of TABC laws and obtain necessary certifications.
• Hire and train front-of-house staff; handle guest issues professionally.
• Monitor security and confidentiality of information; attend required trainings.
• Adhere to health/sanitation standards and escalate issues to managers.
