Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a friendly server to provide exceptional dining experiences across casino restaurants and venues. You will deliver food and beverages, answer questions, and maintain extensive knowledge of the menu while upholding a positive attitude for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, managing POS transactions, and ensuring tables and stations remain clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain current TABC (seller/server) certification.
• Restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken); Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive demeanor.
• Greet guests, answer menu questions and recommend items.
• Take orders and deliver food & beverages to tables.
• Maintain knowledge of dining menu and specials.
• Keep stations clean, stocked and organized.
• Record sales accurately in the POS system and handle payments.
