Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of high‑volume, fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the General Manager.
• Prepare daily reports and department budgets; conduct financial analysis.
