voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort Port St. Lucie is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Director to support the F&B Director in delivering attentive, courteous service across Café, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, budgeting awareness, and the ability to manage multiple outlets in a high-pressure resort environment. Exempt status applies and flexibility in work hours is expected.

Formación

• 5 years of progressive hotel experience or a related degree.
• Certification requirements include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems and manage financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee kitchen staff, outlets, and banquet operations as required.
• Understand hotel organization and department functions.
• Communicate in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist F&B Director with forecasting and budgeting.
• Maintain professional relationships with managers and departments.
• Stay aware of local competition and industry trends.
