Job summary

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJCP) seeks a Vice President, F&B Asset Management to lead food and beverage as a portfolio discipline across its hospitality assets. You will own opening and transition execution, reconcept design, and ongoing F&B performance management, working with third-party operators and hotel partners.

Travel and on-site leadership will be essential during openings and transitions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or F&B operations, including openings, transitions, and reconcepts.

Responsibilities

• Own F&B as a portfolio discipline across AJCP’s hospitality assets.
• Lead openings and transitions, including reconcept design and post-opening refinement.
• Develop capital allocation, reconcept budgets, and transition expense estimates.
• Review F&B P&L performance and establish KPIs with finance teams.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate F&B execution with whole-property goals.
