Job summary

The Press Club Grill in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Person in Charge to lead daily restaurant operations during shifts. You will supervise a team, ensure smooth service, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies for the unit.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
