Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, Virginia is seeking an F-35 Administrative Security Specialist to support mission-critical security and administrative operations. You will manage security documentation, coordinate actions, and ensure compliance with security requirements for Government, Serco, and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate holds U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance (Secret clearance preferred).

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting security, administrative, or related functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance; active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reports, briefings, tracking spreadsheets, and program documentation.
• Experience working with Government, contractor, and Serco personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government, Serco, and contractor personnel to support timely administrative and security actions.
• Maintain security files, logs, rosters, trackers, and program documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support security program operations through meetings, data calls, report prep, and action item tracking.
• Assist with administrative processes and security actions that support mission objectives and customer requirements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain records and ensure documentation is organized, updated, and retained.
• Provide responsive customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day office and security administrative functions while meeting deadlines and priorities.
