Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking an F-35 Administrative Security Specialist to support mission-critical security and administrative operations for the F-35 program.

You will coordinate actions with Government and Serco personnel, maintain security files, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance with security requirements. The role emphasizes organization, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to travel up to 10% to support CONUS/OCONUS requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for program eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant security/administrative experience; degree may be substituted with experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Top-Secret clearance; active Secret preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Experience with MS Office and program documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government, Serco, and contractor personnel to support timely completion of administrative and security-related actions.
• Maintain security files, logs, rosters, trackers, and other program documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Support security program operations through meetings, data calls, report preparation, and action item tracking.
• Assist with administrative processes and security actions supporting mission objectives and customer requirements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain records and ensure documentation is organized, updated, and retained.
