Job summary

Serco seeks an International Security Specialist – Senior to provide expert security support for a DoD customer within the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. You will coordinate with government and contractor personnel, maintain security records, and contribute to leadership reports in a dynamic, secure setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in security, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI. On-site work in Arlington, VA is expected with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 10 years in international security, facility security, or DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance; Secret/Top Secret preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%; on-site Arlington, VA work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced international security support for DoD customer.
• Review and maintain international security records, briefings, trackers, and materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, and leadership updates on international security.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes and action tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other security documentation.
• Support administrative processes within secure environments.
