Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an F-35 IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives supporting national security programs. You will guide Agile development, define roadmaps, manage milestones, and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years of IT project or program management experience, DoD IT exposure, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting complex IT projects as project or program manager in a large-scale implementation.
• Experience with DoD IT and security programs
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, resources, risk, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the team
• Experience managing data migrations and validation efforts as part of a system transition
• Experience managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment to meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to guide the collection of requirements and data points from multiple stakeholders and develop process maps to document process flows
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of IT projects in a DoD/large-scale environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Guide Agile development of project roadmaps, establish milestones, and implement progress metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and mentor team members during transitions.
