Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced F-35 Project Manager / Mod Integrator to drive the planning, integration, and execution of depot‑level modifications for the F‑35. You will lead Agile teams, coordinate with CFTs, and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires strong project management capabilities, deep experience with F‑35 or 5th‑generation aircraft maintenance, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and security environments while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science (STEM) with 5+ years aircraft maintenance or Depot Level Mod experience OR Master’s with 3+ years experience.
• Active Government Secret clearance.
• F-35 maintenance experience or 5th-gen aircraft experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute F-35 Mod planning and integration, coordinating with aircraft, engine, systems, and component modifications.
• Develop and evaluate specifications, design changes, and reparability assessments.
• Investigate operational issues and recommend solutions aligned with safety and performance standards.
• Analyze operating data to identify root causes of wear, malfunctions, or removals.
• Own and maintain executing aircraft modification schedules and report status.
