Lockheed Martin Corporation in Fallon, NV, is seeking an experienced Delivery and Sustainment Quality Associate Manager for the F-35 CLS program. You will lead the Quality Department staff, manage the site Quality Management System, and coordinate with government customers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant deliverables.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across sustainment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior quality management or quality supervisor experience in military or aerospace maintenance environment.
• US citizenship required; must be eligible for facility special access.
• Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting; Final Secret Clearance.
• Valid state driver's license; ability to work a flexible shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day sustainment operations, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Recruitment, training, performance assessment, and personnel actions for sustainment areas.
• Ensure sustainment management systems meet program objectives and maintain compliance.
• Communicate delivery requirements to cross-functional teams and government customers.
• Oversee audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Develop and maintain sustainment metrics; address adverse trends in delivery, quality, or cost.
