Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to support the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will safeguard classified information, manage security documentation, and coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure compliance and timely security actions. The role requires a Top Secret/SAP eligibility with strong organizational and reporting skills, and the ability to work on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret clearance preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or current TS/SCI used within last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant DoD security experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree with 10 years of related experience may be considered.
• Experience in secure facilities supporting classified programs and operations.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation management in a secure environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA, with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support industrial security activities including documentation, records management, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain security files, visit records, access documentation, and program security trackers.
• Coordinate with government and contractor personnel to complete security requirements.
• Review security processes and deliverables for completeness and compliance.
• Support meeting coordination, action tracking, and security data calls.
• Identify documentation gaps and process risks to improve security support.
• Assist with administrative processes and document management in a secure facility.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and tracking spreadsheets for leadership.
