Job summary

Tactical Air Support, Inc. seeks a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (F-35 NET) to join the ACES Division as part of the Network Enabled Weapons team. The role focuses on developing and delivering training for USAF, USMC, and USN F-35 platforms, with frequent travel to bases in the U.S.

and overseas. The candidate should bring extensive F-35 experience, SME capabilities, and strong presentation skills to provide hands-on instruction to pilots and maintainers, while supporting other ACES priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight years as F-35 Pilot. WIC / TOPGUN / WTI Graduate preferred.
• Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of F-35 weapon and mission systems.
• Travel (30%) to various work sites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate on a team in the production of USAF, USMC, and USN (F-35A/B/C) Network Enabled Weapon (NEW) training plans, update and deliver a training program for NEW with continued training for instructors and maintenance personnel.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) updating and standardizing training materials, including mission planning, flight training, NEW operations, COMSEC key and custodian interaction and NEW training modules
• Conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of pilots with varied experience levels
• Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES
