Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking a F-22 Simulation System Test Engineer to join the LM Aero System Integration and Test, ACS, Operations Team, responsible for planning and conducting system‑level OFP tests using man‑in‑the‑loop and automated simulation tools. You will develop detailed test procedures, execute tests, analyze results, and deliver clear reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with fighter avionics, fighter data-link systems, fighter subsystem and sensor integration, and test planning or operational experience of the same.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other STEM disciplines or non technical degree combined with 8+ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, author, and conduct system-level OFP testing using simulation and automated test tools.
• Develop detailed test procedures and collaborate with developers and test organizations to align test plans.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and produce clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Lead ACS support for System Level Development Testing and coordinate efforts with the ACS Software Test Lead.
• Operate simulators, create test scenarios, provide customer support, and assist with lab integration and capability development.
