Job summary

V2X is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Ridgecrest, CA to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on T/M/S aircraft, and provide flight line services to support the daily schedule.

Candidates must hold Navy T/M Class C training or equivalent, with 2+ years in O-Level maintenance on the F-18 and related systems, plus Plane Captain qualifications and GSE operation ability.

Qualifications

• Navy T/M Class C school or equivalent training.
• Minimum two years of O-Level maintenance on the specified aircraft (F-18).
• Two years T/M experience within the last two years.
• Plane Captain qualification, tow tractor, and duct driver.
• Must operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Maintenance experience in structures, hydraulics, pneumatics, or egress systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.
• Honorably discharged from military service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on applicable T/M/S aircraft.
• Perform flight line essential services and other maintenance actions to support the daily Flight Schedule.
• Shall be licensed to drive and operate Ground Support Equipment.
