Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a qualified F-15QA Instructor Pilot to implement training efforts for the F-15QA at Al-Udeid AB, Qatar. The assignment may include onboarding in Doha, Qatar or Hazelwood, Missouri followed by deployment to Al-Udeid AB, Qatar.

This long-term role requires current instructor pilot credentials for F-15QA and a minimum of two years as a fighter aircraft instructor, with relocation benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current and qualified Instructor Pilot in the F-15QA aircraft.
• 2+ years of experience as a fighter aircraft flying instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mission systems operations as an aircrew Pilot Instructor member.
• Perform familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction duties.
• Develop advanced concepts of operations and operational techniques.
• Perform mission-specific training for domestic and international aircrew.
• Evaluate flight data and recommend changes to system design based on operational considerations.
• Lead development of training materials and duties of an aircrew instructor or examiner/evaluator.
• Guide and mentor others.
