Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations seeks a qualified F-15QA Instructor Pilot to implement training for the F-15QA at Al-Udeid AB, Qatar, with onboarding in Doha or Hazelwood, MO, before deployment. This long-term assignment spans a minimum of 24 months, with international relocation benefits.

The successful candidate will conduct mission systems operations, lead training material development, mentor aircrew, and ensure compliance with specifications while coordinating with domestic and international

Qualifications

Current and qualified Instructor Pilot in the F-15QA aircraft.
2+ years of experience as a fighter aircraft flying instructor.
USAF Squadron Commander position in high-performance jets is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts mission systems operations as an aircrew Pilot Instructor member.
Performs familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction duties ensuring mission systems are compliant with required specifications.
Develops advanced concepts of operations and operational techniques.
Performs mission-specific training for domestic and international aircrew.
Evaluates flight data and recommends changes to system design based on operational considerations.
Leads the development of training materials and performs the duties of an aircrew instructor or examiner/evaluator.
Guides and mentors others.
