Job summary

Tyonek Native Corporation seeks an Aircraft Mechanic III (F-15) Lead Mechanic / Site Lead to supervise contract operations at Mountain Home AFB, ID and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with contracts and regulations.

The role requires leading a maintenance team, directing F-15 inspections and corrective actions, and coordinating with Government representatives while maintaining logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably on F-15.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to interpret technical orders and coordinate with Government/government leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Site Lead / Lead Mechanic providing day-to-day supervision for maintenance personnel.
• Direct F-15 aircraft maintenance, inspections, and scheduled/unscheduled work.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure maintenance follows orders, data, and procedures.
• Review and input entries in aircraft logs and maintenance systems; mentor lower-level technicians.
