Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant for an outstanding SEN Primary School in Epping. You will support students with SEN, delivering one-to-one and small-group help, and work closely with teachers to implement IEPs and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A safeguarding mindset and ability to work within safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support holistic development including social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Track student progress and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
• Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
