Job summary

Rosin Eyecare, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a customer-focused eyewear sales associate in the Chicago area. You will assist patients with selecting eyewear, explain product features, and operate the POS system to complete sales transactions, while maintaining engaging displays and delivering a superb patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides timely service.
• Explores patient needs and links to practice offerings (eye exams, eyewear, etc.).
• Demonstrates product knowledge and explains features/benefits.
• Accurately texts and records transactions at the POS.
• Ensures timely delivery and pick-up arrangements with patients.
• Maintains neat displays and secure inventory.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
