Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, seeks a Sales Consultant for its store location to provide a standout customer experience in eyewear sales. You will guide patients through our unique sales process, meet sales goals, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging a passion for service and product knowledge to help customers choose the best solutions while representing brand standards and the company’s values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to deliver an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and in the lab area.
• Assist with on-time delivery of eyeglasses and repairs as needed.
• Support management by notifying of equipment issues and order status.
