Peak Eyecare, part of TeamVision under EssilorLuxottica, seeks an enthusiastic associate to help customers choose eyewear and services. You will greet patients, explain product benefits, and coordinate fittings and transactions.

Ideal candidates have strong math skills, effective selling abilities, and comfort with POS systems. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, reliability, and delivering superior patient experiences daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide timely service.
• Assess patient needs and link to offerings including eye exams.
• Consult with Optician as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and describe features and benefits.
• Multi-task and manage time with competing priorities.
• Custom-fit glasses and input prescriptions.
• Coordinate delivery times and pickups, and request feedback.
• Operate POS system and process transactions following standards.
• Maintain displays and inventory and secure assets.
• Report safety opportunities to management.
• Follow attendance and daily timekeeping requirements.
• Adhere to company policies.
