Job summary

LensCrafters, a part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a front-line retail associate to enhance patient experiences while helping customers select eyewear and related products. You will engage with customers, explain options, and process sales at the point of sale in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates will possess strong math and selling skills, comfort with POS and patient records systems, and a collaborative, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology such as POS or patient record systems.
• Embraces new technology and change.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides prompt service.
• Explores patient needs and links to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with Optician as needed.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and explains features and benefits clearly.
• Maintains accurate patient information and processes sales transactions.
• Ensures displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
