Stanton Optical is hiring a Sales Consultant to deliver a friendly, efficient in-store experience for patients and customers. You will assist with eyewear selections, process orders, and help patients find value-driven solutions while meeting sales goals and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Attain sales goals while following company policies.
• Follow quality and safety standards (OSHA) and housekeeping.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
• Other duties as assigned
