Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and OSHA safety requirements.
• Assemble lenses into frames and ensure timely order delivery.
