Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features.
• Operate POS and manage sales transactions.
• Ensure timely pick-up and gather feedback.
• Keep displays tidy and secure assets.
• Adhere to attendance, policies, and daily timekeeping.
• Sell on your feet 80–100% of the time.
• Collaborate with the Optician and Practice Manager as needed.
