Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking Sales Consultants for our store locations in the United States. In a dynamic, commission-based environment, you will greet customers, understand eyewear needs, and guide them through our comprehensive selection of frames and lenses.

You will contribute to a high-energy sales team, maintain brand standards, and assist with basic eyewear services. A high school diploma and customer service mindset are required, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote available eyewear services.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Resolve customer questions and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements and maintain brand standards in-store.
• Assist in simple repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure commitments are met.
