Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant for our store location. You will greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and guide them through a simple, friendly sales process to fulfill eyewear requirements.

You’ll be responsible for helping customers select eyewear, addressing prescription questions, and delivering high-quality service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar setting.
• Ability to meet sales goals while assisting customers.
• Strong communication with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify eyewear needs to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to policies.
• Maintain brand standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare and assemble lenses, edge, and finish orders for timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Support lab area operations and report equipment issues.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
