Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Optical industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and meet patient needs with optical expertise.
• Stay informed about sales, promotions and company policies.
• Process payments and refunds using the POS system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and frame selection.
• Process insurance claims and manage patient files with confidentiality.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and interpret prescription requirements.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, inspect final products for accuracy.
• Adjust and repair frames and organize merchandise.
