Job summary

Maine Optometry, P.A. in Brunswick is seeking an Eyewear Sales Consultant/Optician for a full-time, in-person role. You will help patients choose eyewear, take measurements, and ensure a perfect fit while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• ABO certification is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, ensure correct fit and function.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify customer needs.
• Review prescriptions and consult with optometrists as needed.
• Custom fit glasses and inspect eyewear for standards.
• Explain features and benefits of lenses and frames clearly.
• Keep frame displays neat, attractive, and organized.
• Coordinate delivery timing with patients.
