Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care in our Oklahoma City practice. You will deliver high-quality optometric services, perform exams, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences while supporting medical practice and referrals.

You will maintain licensure, participate in continuing education, guide team members, and leverage technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Knowledge of medical optometry, including billing and coding.
• Ability to maintain state licensure and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality optometric care through clinical protocols and collaboration with the MOD & store team.
• Lead KPI management and drive results with accountability.
• Support medical practice, referrals and pre/post-op care when applicable.
