Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify their eyewear needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Meet sales goals while following company and local policies.
• Resolve questions and complaints and provide solutions.
• Follow OSHA and safety standards and maintain brand cleanliness.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor delivery times and ensure 100% on-time service commitments.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
