Qualifications

• Shopko OCE Certification required.
• State license as required by state.
• Previous optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection.
• Dispense eyewear accurately.
• Coordinate with Optical Lab for orders.
• Explain lens options and coatings to patients.
• Assist with contact lens fittings and care.
• Process patient billing information and insurance.
