LensCrafters in Nashua, NH is seeking a Sales Associate to provide the best eyewear experience. You will assist patients with frame choices, use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings, and support store teammates to achieve sales goals.

This role emphasizes customer service, accurate measurements, and maintaining an engaging, organized store environment in a retail setting as part of Luxottica’s LensCrafters team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in selecting frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and strong professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Fosters an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
