LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will guide customers through frame selections, discuss lenses and coatings, and coordinate fittings with opticians to ensure precise measurements and high satisfaction.

This role emphasizes sales execution, teamwork, and a welcoming store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find best vision solution.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and appealing.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
