LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver top-tier eye care experiences. You will guide customers in frame and lens choices, perform measurements, and coordinate with the Optician to ensure precise solutions for our patients and shoppers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with an Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and maintains displays and inventory.
• Keeps store appearance appealing and organized.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
