Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses as permitted, educate on eyewear care, and maintain records in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand standards, and opportunities for growth within a leading optical retailer.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
