Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and meeting sales goals.

You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and provide lens care guidance. The role also involves maintaining records, answering calls, and keeping the store organized and merchandised to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent reading & speaking English & Spanish.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
