Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the eyewear experience in a boutique eye care setting. You will learn the optical business, report to the Practice Manager, and collaborate with a team passionate about eye care.

Responsibilities include helping patients select eyewear, processing frame and lens orders, and maintaining merchandising while staying current on lens tech trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
• Willingness to complete ABOC testing within the first year of employment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and high accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and guide eyewear selections.
• Process patient frames and lens orders to the lab on the same day as purchase.
• Maintain the retail floor according to merchandising guidelines.
• Perform frame adjustments for a perfect fit and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory checks on optical frames and maintain accurate records.
• File insurance claims promptly to ensure timely order processing.
• Stay informed on eyewear trends and lens technology.
