LensCrafters in Berwyn, IL, part of Luxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and customer service. You will translate prescriptions into lens solutions, help customers select frames, and ensure accurate measurements with optical tools.

This role requires a High School diploma, retail experience, comfort with POS systems, and a drive to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate measurements with accuracy.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and foster professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
