LensCrafters in Missouri seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help customers select frames, use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings, and coordinate measurements with an Optician to ensure perfect vision solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self-motivator with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements with the optician.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Maintain store displays and inventory to be clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
