Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a part-time sales advisor to support the management team on the floor, motivate staff, and drive sales targets while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. You will assist with merchandising, stock, and store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient processes.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to engage customers. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a bonus/commission plan

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales history and ability to meet top results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and interact effectively.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers; cash registers experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador with brand knowledge and up-to-date product information.
• Build strong connections with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Uphold and execute customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Support floor merchandising, display maintenance, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organize the warehouse with labeling and logical placement.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
