Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; communicates maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems and informs Supervisor.
• Participates in training of Associates and cross-trains staff.
• Communicates with Supervisor and participates in team meetings; supports safety and policy adherence.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and reports potential safety/health issues.
• Supports management decisions and assists Team Leader and Supervisor in duties.
