Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Production Associate to support coating, finishing, and surfacing operations, contributing to high-quality eyewear manufacturing. You will join a global leader in lenses, frames, and sunglasses, with opportunities across coating, finishing, and surfacing areas.

You will work in a dynamic production environment, standing and walking for shifts, and may work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience in manufacturing or lab settings is preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude with the ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
• Depth perception and manual dexterity are important.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clip lenses into baskets to begin the coating process.
• Operate coating machine, loading chemicals and lenses as required.
• Inspect lenses for optical and cosmetic quality.
• Assist in finishing and surfacing tasks as assigned, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
