Shopko Optical is seeking Production Specialists to join our team at our manufacturing facility in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role involves fabricating quality eyewear efficiently while ensuring that laboratory standards are met. Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Able to read and write at a high school graduate level.
• Ability to operate Optical Lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sophisticated optical manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, treat and handle lenses through various processes.
• Inspect lens blanks to detect flaws and verify smoothness.

Skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated ability to learn production-related tasks

Optical experience a plus

Education

High School Graduate or GED
