LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate in Des Moines, IA. The role centers on delivering outstanding eyewear shopping experiences and meeting sales objectives while assisting customers with frames, lenses, and measurements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to sell and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships.
• Utilize prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optician as needed.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Promote inclusive culture with customers and colleagues.
