Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience required.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems, computers and calculators.
• Able to learn new technology quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Meet sale objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using prescription information.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff, doctors and partners.
• Keep displays and inventory neat, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
